Theodora is a UK-qualified solicitor with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of technology, data protection, and AI regulation. As a member of the Group Legal Tech & Privacy team at Pictet, she collaborates closely with business teams on privacy assessments, contract negotiations and other data protection and AI compliance matters.
As a Co-Founder and Board Member of the Swiss DPO Association, she contributes to advancing the privacy profession and fostering collaboration among data protection professionals across Switzerland.
Theodora has been recognised as one of Switzerland’s Top 100 Digital Shapers and featured as a security and privacy expert by the Swiss Cyber Forum. She is a lecturer on data protection and AI regulation at the University of St. Gallen, as well as a regular speaker at international conferences.
