This privacy notice applies to the use of this website and the personal data collected in that context. For external websites referenced via links, the privacy notices provided there apply.

When you get in touch via email, your details are processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. For security reasons, we recommend transmitting particularly sensitive information in encrypted form only.
IV. Hosting
The technical provision of this website is carried out by external hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, acting as a data processor.
V. Server log files

When you visit our website, the web server automatically records the following data in server log files:

  • Date and time of the request
  • Name of the requested file
  • Page from which the file was requested
  • Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
  • Browser and operating system used
  • Full IP address of the requesting device
  • Data volume transferred

This data is used solely for the technical security of the web offering, in particular to detect and trace unauthorised or abusive access attempts.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 32 and Art. 5(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted or anonymised within ninety days at the latest.

VI. Recipients of data
Transfer of personal data to third parties is not generally intended. Where such transfer is foreseen due to specific processing activities, separate information will be provided in that context.
VII. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have various rights, in particular under Arts. 7(3), 15–18, 20, 21 and 77 GDPR:

Right of access — You may request information pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR about your personal data we process. Please specify your request to help us compile the required data. Note that your right of access may be restricted in certain circumstances under statutory provisions.

Right to rectification — If your details are no longer accurate, you may request rectification under Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you may request completion.

Right to erasure — Under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR you may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to whether we still require it to fulfil our legal obligations.

Right to restriction — Within the scope of Art. 18 GDPR you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your data.

Right to data portability — Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means.

Right to withdraw consent — Where processing is based on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Right to object — Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR you may object at any time to the processing of your data on grounds relating to your particular situation, though this may not always be possible where legal provisions require processing.

Right to lodge a complaint — If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
