Good AI ideas are not always easy governance decisions. In practice, the hardest questions often arise not around clearly prohibited use cases, but around valuable initiatives where legal, privacy, ethical and business considerations point in different directions.
This interactive session explores how organizations navigate those grey areas in practice. Drawing on in-house, legal and advisory perspectives, it looks at how teams assess uncertainty, balance competing interests, allocate decision-making responsibility and determine when the right answer is yes, no or “not yet”. Participants will discuss what effective AI governance looks like when there is no obvious right answer — and how organizations can enable innovation without turning governance into either a blocker or a rubber stamp.
