Cat translates policy into code at Dynatrace, where she built up the privacy engineering team as founding engineer. She is active in the privacy engineering research community (serving on the org/program committees for IWPE 2026, Annual Privacy Forum 2026, USENIX PEPR 2024-26) and regularly presents at conferences exploring the intersection of privacy, security, and policy. Previously, she engaged on technology policy issues in part-time fellowships with Virtual Routes and the Internet Society and conducted hardware security research at TU Graz, where she investigated CPU attacks and defenses, side channels, and hardware backdoors.
