Danica Vranjanin (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM) is a data protection and AI governance specialist, and PhD candidate in law. She brings over eight years of privacy experience, including the past three in AI governance, gained in-house and as a consultant supporting SaaS companies, from start-ups to larger organisations, across the EU, UK, US, and UAE. She currently leads JAGGAER’s global privacy program and AI governance efforts as Privacy Operations Manager, working cross-functionally with legal, HR, product, security and GRC teams. Her role spans negotiating data processing and AI-related contract terms, running privacy and AI risk assessments across products and vendors, and supporting the business through ISO audit cycles.
