Adam Liber is BLB Legal’s Managing Partner and co-head of its Digital & Technology practice. He has more than 20 years of experience advising Hungarian and multinational clients on data protection, technology law, cybersecurity, regulatory investigations and administrative litigation. His work includes NIS2 implementation, cyber-incident response, high-value IT contracting, digital-regulatory disputes and complex privacy compliance matters. He is registered with Hungary’s National Cyber Security Institute as an electronic information system security officer. Adam combines legal, regulatory and information-security expertise in advising clients on technology risk and governance. He is also included in the European Data Protection Board’s Support Pool of Experts as a legal and technology expert.
