Tamás Bereczki is a partner and co-head of BLB Legal’s Digital & Technology practice and an information-security specialist with degrees in law and computer science. Before private practice, he worked in financial services and for a Big Four adviser. His experience includes information-security management, risk assessments, ISO/IEC 27001 systems, privacy frameworks, incident response, third-party and cloud risk, NIS2 implementation and audit-readiness programmes. He advises pharmaceutical, automotive, IT services and healthcare clients on data protection, information security, cybersecurity and technology regulation. He is registered with Hungary’s National Cyber Security Institute as an electronic information system security officer and is included in the European Data Protection Board’s Support Pool of Experts as a legal and technology expert. He is also Co-chair of the IAPP KnowledgeNet Hungary Chapter.
