Marton Domokos

Márton is senior counsel in the commercial team at CMS Budapest, specialising in data protection, commercial transactions and the TMT sector. He is coordinator of the CEE Data Protection Practice. In addition to his regulatory experience, he has a strong background and knowledge in data protection and keeps up to date with regulatory changes. He regularly lectures (e.g. Legal Forum, Infotér, National University of Public Service) and publishes articles on data protection issues (e.g. OneTrust Data Guidance, Practical Law Global). He chairs the Privacy Section of the Direct and Interactive Marketing Association. He is a member of the Hungarian Artificial Intelligence Coalition, and as a technology legal expert he helped to develop the national AI strategy and is actively involved in the work of the Regulatory Committee. He is a regular lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs, at the Infocommunication Lawyer Training and at the Data Science Training of the Kürt Academy.
