Oona Matinpalo has a strong passion for helping organizations harness digitalization and emerging technologies in a responsible and sustainable way. Oona is an experienced privacy professional with a background in both consulting and in-house privacy leadership. She spent several years advising organizations on a wide range of privacy and data protection matters and currently serves as the Data Protection Officer at Finland’s largest media company.
Throughout her career, Oona has helped organizations embed privacy into everyday operations by leading change initiatives, engaging stakeholders across business functions, and translating regulatory requirements into practical ways of working. Her experience has shown that successful privacy programs are built not only on policies and controls, but also on effective communication, collaboration, and organizational commitment to change. She strongly believes that privacy professionals can act as bridge-builders for ethical and responsible business in the era of AI.
The session level is intermidiate and as said, I will use PowerPoint and most likely Mentimeter or something similar. I would wish to use my own / company template for my presentation. And naturally will keep it educational of nature.
