Ramon Baradat is a Principal Associate in the IP and Technology department at Cuatrecasas, based in Barcelona. He advises national and international companies on data protection, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and new technologies. His practice also covers the technology and data aspects of corporate transactions, as well as litigation for digital platforms and social networks. Ramon has been appointed to the European Data Protection Board’s Support Pool of Experts and serves as IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter Chair. He holds the CIPP/E, AIGP and FIP certifications, and speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
